Horrible place, she has a grandiose description of herself as a "physician", make no mistake, she is not a doctor so do not expect that she will diagnose your condition and prescribe an appropriate remedy. My experience was that she has a single remedy for all ailments. I went in with a complaint of shortness of breath and received a diagnosis of an unhealthy GI tract without ANY physical examination (pre- COVID) except listening to my breathing with a stethoscope. Billing - horrible!! no notice of an additional $200 charge for lab work until I received a letter from a collection agency a year and half later. I was never informed that my insurance wasn't accepted, nor that there would be a $200 lab fee in addition what I paid out of pocket at the time services were rendered.

My experience at Roots has been life changing. I won't lie, the diet and lifestyle changes have been hard and the process of healing even harder, but I was so sick when I went to Tracy & and her nutritionist Jenny. I am in a MUCH better place now and have hope for my future that I'll feel and function even better. I haven't always liked each step along the way, but I'm so glad I've followed the steps set out for me. I can't even imagine where I'd be without the help I've gotten at Roots. Highly recommend.

The staff at Roots Medical is amazing! Very knowledgeable, information and helpful. Great at sorting through hormone issues and intestinal challenges. While I have additional immune system deficits, they continue to assist me in my care.

For years I have struggled with health issues, but have been told by doctors my labs are 'normal' and 'everything should be fine'. Since 2018, I have been actively addressing gut infections, stress management, healthy meal practices, etc., but have just not been able to turn the corner with my health. In October 2019 I started working with Tracy and Jenny after reading their reviews on-line. After 4 months, I am beginning to sense a shift in my health functioning and I am finally feeling hopeful that we are making progress as they addresses my hormone and mineral imbalances. The staff is incredible; a wealth of insight and medical understanding as well as kind/compassionate. I am extremely grateful for how attentive and knowledgeable Matt (the practice manager) is at answering all of my questions. He has been incredibly patient and thorough in helping me. I recommend Roots Medical, especially if you have not found benefit in the traditional medical model.

I can't say enough positive things about this practice and the people who staff it. I will update this review in a few months after I've had time to see more results, but I fully anticipate that my next review will also be full of praise. The front desk people go out of their way to help you. The nutritionist is patient and knowledgeable and understanding. The space is extremely welcoming. Roots medical is a gift!

I am a new patient at Roots but have been very impressed so far. The entire practice is run very warmly and professionally. Tracy Wolfe seems very knowledgeable and thorough. She isn’t pushy or extreme in her treatment plans, which I have experienced with other functional medicine practitioners. Derek, the nutritionist, is also very knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated.

The staff at Roots is very knowledgeable and helpful. Tracey is a good Dr but this office buys reviews with a discount of 10 dollars on supplements for a 5 star review. I left honest reviews me not my wife and my wife got this email.
