I hurt my back on December 16th 2023. I was in so much pain early January that I started going to the chiropractor in Lexington. On my third or fourth visit he messed up my neck. Went home and later that night the pain in my neck was so bad I could not sleep. For 3 months I barely could turn my head. He never done an xray like he was supposed to. Had multiple doctor visits and eventually an MRI. MRI came back or I have a bulging disc between my c4 & c5. My left arm has been numb all year today’s date is November 11 2024. I wouldn’t recommend this wannabe chiropractor to anybody

After over a decade of trying things over and over, trying acupuncture, massages, needling, cryogenics, etc… you name it and I’ve tried it. Dr. Tracy introduced me to a common practice of his, the use of a hand held massage gun, which changed the course of my life as I knew it. Many years ago I was in an accident and had nerve damage from my knee up to my lower back, I couldn’t feel anything at all! Yes I even tried that, what ever you’re thinking right now. I promise, I did it. The first session with the gun opened this area up to new sensations that have long been dreamt about. That day, i purchase my own to use at home in between my visits with him. My numb spot is now the size of softball in the middle of my hip instead of my entire upper leg. He’s earned my loyalty and my chiropractor slot for life. Plus, he adjusts my wife and my daughter! If you’re scared to try chiropractic care, go see him. You won’t regret it!
