Dr. Hing Kwan, DC

I was sent by my employer for a DOT physical at his office. Very unprofessional business. I had to pee in a mouthwash cup. Then the exam he gave me was less than 5 minutes. In that limited amount of time he managed to make jabs about my weight 4 times. If I did not need this exam for my job I would have demanded a refund and left immediately because of his terrible manners. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a medical professional. What a quack. I will be telling my employer about my experience so hopefully they will pick a better suited doctor to send people to. I know that I need to loose a little weight but I am no couch potato and actually spent the past year building homes for needy families so I definitely worked hard and got in my daily exercising on the job site. I had 2 C-sections severing my stomach muscles so I'll never have a flat tummy but he literally poked it and said it's been long enough and you should be skinnier. That MAN knows nothing of childbirth!

staff takes you to room with dirty face paper and table, you leave smelling like other people perfume etc gross!

After paying him over $1,600, I was no better so I cancelled my last appointment. Then, I received a bill for that appointment which I had no intention of paying. A month later, I got a letter threatening to send that bill, which was for $75, to a collection agency if I didn't pay him within 72 hours. Well, it had already been 72 hours since the letter was mailed. Really? I paid him $1,605 and now he wants to ruin my credit over $75 for an appointment I cancelled. Wow. Go somewhere else.
