Millicent Thomas-Hall, NP

I liked Millie very much on a personal level. She did what she could for me as she worked under another doctor in pain medicine. So though I really need more specialized care and a med change, it wasn’t up to her (she wasn’t allowed) to make these changes. But she always took time to listen to me and would always clearly document everything at every visit. I would have liked to give her a higher rating but she up and left the practice without warning, leaving all of her patients “stranded”. The office staff had to frantically call all of her scheduled patients on her schedule and reschedule every single one of them. I don’t know what occurred to make her walk out of the job, but in her line of work....walking out unexpectedly and without a plan for her patients that rely on her was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t follow her to another practice for that reason alone.

Not good
