Placed an iud in 2003, advised no follow-up care until next annual 11 months later. I called in because I was in far more pain than expected, and had far more bleeding. It was a couple of days later. Instead of having me come in, she had 800mg of ibuprofen called into the pharmacy and told me I was just overly sensitive to pain. 10 months later I discovered I was pregnant. I went to her office, was given an ultrasound, and she forced the ultrasound tech to tell me there was a baby there and the iud probably fell out. She never even came in my room, and I sat there waiting. An office staff member told I was done and could go. I went to a different doctor, found out out at 17 weeks pregnant that the iud was in my abdomen. At about 20 weeks had extreme pain, was hospitalized overnight. At 37 weeks I was delivered by c-section after a long very sick pregnancy. I lost 30 lbs, and vomited all day, every day, and had never vomited with my first 2. Michelle was my midwife for my first born and she was awesome. Highly recommend her. Thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. She was there from beginning to end and was amazing. My daughter is now 17 years old and I'm very thankful for my midwife.

Incredibly rude, judgmental, condescending, and hurtful. Even though not present during my actual birth experience, she felt the need to inform me the next day that I did not do my job and that was why my son required vacuum assistance, despite the OB that was eventually called in saying otherwise. Delivered my second born child at OSHU and had an amazing experience, no problems whatsoever, positive staff, wonderful delivery. Will never work with this individual again.
