Changed appointment unilaterally
I set up an appointment with Dr. Morand several months in advance. His office called a week before the appointment and said they were canceling it because he would be out of the office. They rescheduled me at a different time with another Dr. and said something to the effect of 'if that time no longer works for you let us know, otherwise see you then.' No longer works? You changed the time!
