I had an appointment at 10:30 and I finally got to see the doctor around 1130 1145. So she was very behind and I felt that she didn’t listen to everything I had to say before making a diagnosis. Maybe she rushed because she was so behind. Either way I would of liked to be better listened too and definitely feel more things could be done, but what do I know I’m not a doctor.

I went to see Heather in serious pain , and left the exam with answers about the source of my problem and a treatment plan that helped immediately. I am hopeful that my health will improve.

Very relaxing visit

I am on a journey to figure out the origin of my increasing intense pain in my left leg, groin, buttocks. Been to sports medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedics and finally spine specialist to tick all the boxes. Heather has a more in depth knowledge than any of them. She analyzed my X-rays and MRI on a BIG interactive display, explained which facets of my pain are likely hip-related and which are lumbar-spine related. She administered a bursa injection which is helping, revealing that my sports med Dr had used too short a needle and therefore never even hit the bursa. Expertise and experience matter. She is awesome in every way and I know she will guide me through this to correct answers and relief.
