We did not meet with a provider during this visit. Only the medical assist attended the apt. After the apt, I received a phone call from a bone stimulator rep. No one ever mentioned this to us. Unfortunately, the communication has been poor throughout the entire process.

Andi was very thorough asking questions regarding my back pain issues and offered physical therapy as a starting point. Due to insurance limitations, she was not able to order a CT Scan to provide her with more detail than the X-ray. Because of my need to serve as my husband's full time caregiver, surgery is not a viable option at this time.

My experience with this person is not very good she is very aloof and does not listen to the patient pain and doesn't return phone calls when a patient is in extreme pain no she doesn't prescribe medication but when a patient is crying and pleading there is something wrong nothing is done to assist.
