I saw Melinda in urgent care and while she did get right down to business (it’s called urgent care for a reason, right) she simultaneously was listening to all of my questions and concerns. She was knowledgeable in the area I went in for and told me what she would add for notes and follow up. She was also one of the most compassionate people I’ve encountered, really sympathizing with what was going through and assuring me along the way. If you get scheduled with her you’re in good hands.

Ms. Jones was rude and dismissive and defensive. I went to her with a simple finger infection and without asking me further questions she assumed it was eczema and continued to deny any evidence I put forth against that claim including swelling, redness, pain, pus, and progressive worsening of the infection. I don't even think she read the nurse's summary as all of that information was present. She was by far the least knowledgable and most badly tempered medical professional I've ever met.
