An excellent nurse practitioner
I saw Sara Utzschneier not in Lynn but at Valley Medical Group in Amherst. She is a warm, knowledgeable, flexible NP who clearly wishes to help her patients in any way possible (including, in my case, setting up a Zoom visit with a nutritionist). She responds swiftly and helpfully to questions in the patient portal. She's a very good listener. All in all, an admirable PCP.
