I’ve been seeing Mary for a few months now for anxiety. She helped me find ways to cope and provided me with different techniques to deal with my anxiety. She’s very easy to talk to and compassionate. It was a relief to find a therapist that didnt try to push medication on me. I wanted to find a way to learn how to face my issues holistically and Mary did this for me. I highly recommend Mary Karp.

At the beginning of 2019, I was in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately, I experienced a family crisis that caused acute anxiety so intense I had to seek help immediately. I found the most caring, comforting and knowledgeable therapist in Mary Karp. She saw me immediately, brought balance back to my life and gave me a sense of control and hope for the future. She is a caring, compassionate person with the knowledge/tools to help you begin your journey to managing your life no matter what the crisis. I'm grateful for her help!
