Excellent therapist for trauma patients
Telehealth
I've been seeing Q since spring/early summer of 2020, and she's by far the best and most empathetic therapist I've ever had. She listens, reality checks me when I need it, gives good life advice and relevant examples, and embraces intersectionality and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. She's helped me so much through processing and moving forward from my trauma, and helped me to understand how my mental health conditions affect my day-to-day life, and how to deal with problems that may arise from them.She's a phenomenal therapist, and a truly great person. I can't recommend her highly enough.
