Ms. Muchnick was extremely rude, angry, and condescending. She raised her voice multiple times and provided the absolute worst customer service I had ever experienced. She was incapable of maintaining the patience and empathy expected from someone who claims to be a medical professional. I have never in all my life been talked to that way by someone at any office of any type anywhere.
