Dr. Daniel Walker, OD

I have been seeing Daniel Walker OD at Vision Care Specialists for routine eye exams since I moved to the area several years ago. Aside from monitoring my prescription, he also does imaging to monitor internal eye health. The practice staff are friendly and attentive to detail. I like to be frugal with my glasses - inexpensive frame, no extras aside from light weight lenses - and while more elaborate options like bifocals, more expensive frames, special coatings etc. are available, I never felt pressured to upgrade my basic selections. Recently I developed clouded vision in one eye and was able to schedule a next-day appointment to have this examined by Dr. Walker. He immediately referred me to a state-of-the-art retinal specialist practice where I was seen same-day just hours later for expert diagnosis and treatment of a small retinal tear. Based on my experience over the years, I would highly recommend Dr. Walker and Vision Care Specialists for your routine eye care needs.
