I realized how good Madonna was when I was forced to see another nurse practitioner. She knows her job and is cool and professional. But she's also warm and compassionate. I want to be active in my healthcare, but that rubs arrogant physicians or inexperienced nurse practitioners. Madonna is confident not challenged; I could relax and be open. Since she left the practice I am not happy with my care.
