Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

My experience seems to differ from the others, however, I find her insightful, attentive and realistic.

Like the others. I'm actually concerned for other patients. This is the type of session that I feared before I decided to give therapy a shot. And if I was someone else maybe I would avoid therapists all together after this session. Dangerous. Thankfully, I know not everyone else is like this and I have been able to find someone who will actually work with me to solve issues. She was giving recommendations within 20 minutes of meeting her when she really knew nothing about me.

Absolutely the worst - this person should not be allowed to work in the field of mental health. Disrespectful, cold, rude, and totally lacking in compassion or empathy, this person should be avoided at all costs if you need help and especially if you are in crisis. She did not accept me as a new patient and offered no referrals or resources - she basically hung up on me after 35 minutes (though I feel certain she will bill my insurance for a full hour). Pretty sure her actions did not meet the minimum standard of care in Texas, but I will talk it over with the licensing board to confirm.

My insurance behavorial rep encouraged me to report my first and only negative hostile judging experience to the assistance program that referred me. My rep brought to my attention that it was wrong for Lisa to refuse service to me after the first visit without referring me to someone else. The rep said she knew that I needed help based upon years of talking to me and asked if it made me feel suicidal and it did. Lisa never asked if I was suicidal. The assistance provider rep and the supervisor also agreed it was wrong and credited my visit. It has been several months now and I cannot get the nerve up to see another counselor. It is 3 am and I have PTSD from that one visit.
