To the point but does wash the needs to
Harold is the hardest working Social Worker I have ever met. While his manner can be brusque, he definitely knows the resources and procedures. He is dedicated and stays until the job gets done. You may not like what he has to say, but he knows what he is talking about. He just doesn’t sugar-coat anything. But he got us the information we needed and guided us to a long term placement for my mom. We are thankful.
