She advised me prior to starting treatment that she did not bill insurance. When I requested a bill to submit directly to my insurance, she refused to provide it. I requested that she at least provide receipts and she also refused that. She provided the requested info only after I stated that she was violating California code. Her response was "Fine. I'll give you the bill but your insurance is going to pay ZERO". In fact, my insurance reimburse a total of $5,550 for almost a year of sessions.
