Mediocre compared to online reviews
I went to see Dr. Leung to address my anxiety and executive functioning issues, and based on reviews of him I saw online, it seemed that he was a competent provider. However, I don't believe that to be true at all. I saw Dr. Leung, expecting not only an evaluation but also in hopes of receiving advice and treatment for my symptoms. He asked me multiple questions, but he wasn't really interested in hearing my background and the specifics of who I am. I entertained a test that he provided to me, and when I returned for a follow up, instead of talking about my symptoms in depth, he diagnosed me with multiple disorders, and just directed me to a psychiatrist. Based on my personal set of issues, Dr. Leung did not deliver on the treatment I expected for someone who specifically treats anxiety. I have decided to move forward with another provider who can provide more extensive treatment that can help me better address my symptoms and my mental health goals.

Life changing!
After seeing so many therapists in the past that i never felt very connected with I was referred to Jacob and associates office by a friend of mine. I asked for the first available appointment with any provider and was matched with Dr.Leong. Their office helped me get the outside referral request from my insurance so that I just had to pay my co pay instead of paying every visit out of pocket. Dr.Leong has helped so much with my journey. I have had so much growth and more mental stability since I started my therapy with him. He continues to help me get to the root of my personal traumas and emotional attachments all around starting from my inner child traumas. He has helped me become a person with a voice for myself and saved me. After the 10+ years of on and off therapy I have had the most effective treatment during the small portion of time I have had with him and I will always be so grateful for all of his care, knowledge and encouragement.

I was seeing him regularly. He stopped returning my phone calls. It really bothered me that he treated me this way. He wasn't a bad counselor. It just really bothered me that he treated me that way.

I love to thanks Dr. Clarence Leung, my primary psychologist, for helping me improve my social acceptance of life. Dr. Leung provides friendly consultation, and most importantly, he has the patience to listen to my thoughts carefully before making any comment. His professionalism is out of par, and I strongly recommend Dr. Leung for anyone needed improvement in social life.

I have been seeing Dr. Leung for a little more than a year at this point and boy what a difference it has made. He is firm and clear but always kind in his feedback. His firm, clear feedback has been instrumental in helping me come to understand myself and my mental health needs. I can honestly say that the information gained in my sessions with him, although difficult to take initially, was the key to my making progress. I continue to have regular appointments with him and he is always extremely professional during our time together. Because I know he will be honest with me I have not hesitated to discuss difficult topics having to do with my ongoing treatment. I suppose it comes down to this, if you need a psychologist who will move you along gently while helping you hover around the truth where you will one day notice it, Dr. Leung is not for you. No judgement, different people need different things. However, if you want to hear the truth, devise a realistic treatment plan, and begi

Dr. Clarence Leung has been my Psychologist since April 2020 and has helped me progress in my recovery from anxiety and depression more than any other doctor has in the past. His guidance has provided me with the steps I needed to take in continuing to get well. I am now back to work full time, which I did not think I could ever do again. But as long as I practice the steps he teaches me, I continue to overcome my illness. I will continue to utilize his advice and am thankful for his services.

My son had depression on jan 7th after meeting Dr Leung for the 1st time. The Doctor was very rude and arrogant because my son was 20mins late and tried to call him without success. Dr Leung was uncaring and more interested in his money

My experience with Dr. Leung has been extremely positive. I started seeing him about nine months ago as I was anxious about retirement and other family related issues. He helped me focus on addressing the problems I could resolve and walked me through the issues that I could not control. He listens, and he genuinely cares about my progress. He is now helping me disengage with him to see how I do on my own again.

I've been seeing Dr Leung off and on for many years now and I couldn't imagine any better treatment. Dr Leung listens and shares and most of all when I've been "lost" he helps you find you way rather than telling you what to do.

Dr. Leung is a very thorough and caring therapist. He carefully assesses the situation, listens to what individual says (and doesn't say), and helps the person come to the realization of what is really at hand. Some therapists can provide sound, valid information but it may not directly apply to every person. So, rather than simply provide "cookie cutter" solutions, Dr. Leung works as an active listener and provides sound feedback based on what is being discussed. For me, this has worked really well because I would rather come to the solution on my own with his help than to be told what the solution is and accept it at face value. I would rather become aware of the situation and take action. Then, during tumultuous times, Dr. Leung can provide the perspective needed to help carefully assess my own actions, or better understand the actions of others. I have learned a lot and gained a great amount of perspective along the way.

Not a great therapist. He seemed kind and relatively knowledgeable, but there were times when he was nodding off during our sessions. No joke. Also if you have any existential anxiety, say, What's the point of it all? His answer will be there's a God so stop worrying about it. This didn't seem like a legit or helpful answer. Last complaint was that he actually told me that women like to be told what to do and that if I took control of my wife it would help our marriage. Also not legit.
