Worse now than before I began treatment
Telehealth
Started seeing Kristina for ADHD. In short, despite agreeing to renew the prescription for medication I had started after our initial consultation, she went MIA and failed to send anything to my pharmacy. I was abruptly thrown off of medication that I had just started a few weeks prior. As a result I had to deal with a few days of moderate withdrawal symptoms and the emotional impacts of having a healthcare provider entrusted with my care disappear. I tried 6-7 times to get in touch, and only got one response back from her assistant who said Kristina was aware of my messages. This is not someone who should be treating mental health conditions.

Should not be practicing
Telehealth
She disappeared after a check-in appointment for my ADHD. Literally have no idea what happened. Failed to renew my prescription as discussed and could not be reached via phone or online message despite trying for several days. This means my prescription expired and I was unexpectedly thrown off of it. Zero answers. Her assistant kept saying she'd get back to me and she hasn't. My appointment was Wednesday and it's now Saturday. Nothing. You cannot do this to someone who depends on your care for their mental health. I am in the process of reporting her to the state board.

Incompetent
This provider is incompetent and inept. I think she knows little if her area of practice. She should’ve stayed being a nurse.
