Kelly Green, NP

We worked with Ms. Green through telehealth...which we really didn't want to do until we met her. She was very kind, had a great sense of humor, and provided some really 'real' guidance and teachings. My son hasn't really connected with other counselors but really liked and asked to meet with her which was a relief. I didn't like the billing department very much...poor communication and we didn't receive our bill for months. Ms. Green helped us with that too...but it was still frustrating. I was thankful she handled her own scheduling because the front office is a nightmare. But...we'd go back to work with her again. Thank you so much Ms. Green!!!!

Best I've worked with! I couldn't be more pleased with the work I did with Ms. Green. She has a wonderful sense of humor and realness about her - a sincerity - that helped put me at ease really quickly and give me a chance to deeply look at things without my walls going up or feeling judged. She's really good at teaching and bringing those lessons back around into sessions and making them useful. She was also really responsive to calls or needs to change appointments or reschedule. I also appreciate that she doesn't "rob the bank" by insisting on too many sessions for too long. I've referred quite a few of my work colleagues and friends as well. I've seen quite a few counselors. She really helped me to learn things I needed to that other counslors havn'et.

She was providing services for me, my wife and my ex wife to better coparent. On multiple occasions she would ask questions about our marriage that ended 4 years ago. Questions like, “did he cheat on you during your marriage?”. First of all, how does that help our son now and how is that productive? Let’s skip ahead to our close out. We had a group thread where it was confirmed that we did not need or want a close out session. My ex and Kelly decided to go behind our backs and schedule a 1 on 1 appointment without notifying us. Keep in mind, she billed our sons insurance, meaning she had an ethical obligation to inform us in order to promote the welfare of her client. She instead chose to hinder said welfare. When I confronted my ex, they again talked about the issue separately and Kelly chose to respond immaturely that she is allowed to do whatever she wants. I genuinely have no idea how this woman is in a profession so cemented in neutrality and ethical professionalism.
