Keesha Kaplan, PA-C

I'm not sure how I should rate this experience. I could write a comedy routine on how Keesha sauntered into the room with her freeze gun. It was almost like she predetermined what I was concerned about. She dictated to her extremely pleasant assistant her findings as she reviewed different areas of my concern. Her tone was like watching a TV scene in which the actor was conducting an autopsy. I'm still not quite sure what you call what I thought were suspicious moles because I got no paperwork with a diagnosis, but she was more than willing to freeze them. I did have one done and will decide whether to do the others after I see the results. The Clinic was very efficient and everyone else seemed much more interested in their roles.

I went to this clinic with concerns of 4 painful bumps on my scalp and one behind my ear. Keesha Kaplan was the provider. I have never been treated more rudely. She said that the bumps on my scalp were cysts, but she would not take care of them until 2 weeks out. She said since it was not cancerous, it was not a priority. I then would have to get an MRI for the bump behind my ear. I left the office in pain and with no real solution or referral for an MRI (which my insurance requires). Still, in pain, I went by Urgent Care on the way home. The doctor there said immediately was shingles. She put me on antiviral medication and was concerned about it spreading to my eye and causing blindness. The lack of caring in a very serious situation is unacceptable!

We took our daughter here and we were scheduled with Keesha. The first visit dad was in the room and I was on the phone. It was very quick and she was cut and dry. The follow up, I took her to and it felt the same. My 13 year old daughter felt that she was dismissive and really didn’t look at her skin. We left feeling awkward. Keesha doesn’t have very good bedside manner. She didn’t send over the script to keep us going as she stated in our visit and ultimately after scheduling, I had a gut feeling and doubled back and asked for another provider for the next follow up. I’m not sure if the script not being sent over was due to us changing providers or someone dropped the ball on her team’s end. At the end of the day her lack of thoroughness and rushed manner didn’t sit well and this is EXACTLY WHY we asked for somebody else. I’ve seen other providers for my other children and this one just isn’t it. Where’s my prescription????I’ll be calling Monday to speak to the office manager.

I am 66 years old and do not remember of a time in my life when I have been treated with such kindness and concern. Every member of the staff always assured I had impeccable service. Not only Dr. Kaplan, and her assisting staff were so friendly and always wore bright smiles, but all the front counter people remembered my name and always gave extra effort in getting my appointments during early morning hours. If EVER I have a need for a skin issue again, I will insist on seeing Dr. Kaplan. My thanks to everyone...

Doc Keesha is the very best at keeping me Cancer Free and I will not ever see anyone else. For she is literally my Salvation for health and I regard her as a great Preeminent medical doctor and my friend. "No brag just fact......"

Keesha Kaplan is by far the most professional, courteous, kind, understanding, knowledgeable doctor I see.

Excellent dermatologist! Quiet demeanor but explains everything to you in layman’s terms. I have been using Las Vegas Skin and Cancer dermatologists for over 30 years and I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone. I have been a patient of Keesha for at least 8 years. I would highly recommend you pick Keesha, even though it would move me back on the appointment scheduling with her LOL.

Keesha Kaplan was professional and understanding! She was able to make decisions for "my benefit", explained in detail what procedures would be best for me, and listened to what medical issues I was concerned about. I will be making all of appointments in the future with her!

I love my doctor keesha Kaplan and her assistant Harmony is excellent! They are a great team and always make me feel comfortable and confident that I'm getting the best and most thorough treatment at every visit! I always look forward to my appointments due to their positivity, knowledge and care with my health and well being. I will and have referred friends and family to them and will definitely continue doing so!

Dr Kaplan and my previous physician have both been wonderful. I have been going to LVSC for the last 5 yrs and I have only had some small issues with the 2 previous physicans...I asked for someone else as I was uncomfortable with one and given another...the 2nd physician was ok but I felt rushed...then that physican moved and I was given a third who was wonderful but then moved and now I have Dr Kaplan who is just a great.

Keesha was very kind and very professional in her treating me. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants quality treatment. The staff also was great and didn't allow a lot of time from going in to the time I left, they were great Basil Monroe

She was friendly and seemed to know just what to do but did not tell me why or what the cause is for my condition. I guess I had just hoped for something a little more in depth about my skin condition. If she didnt know the answer maybe a couple of tests would have provided me with a little more comfort than a simple "it will come back". I realize she was in a hurry and very busy. Perhaps, withbeing so old, maybe it is not as important to the health care profession to waste their time on.

This team of medical professionals are the "BEST" that I have found in all of Las Vegas. Keisha Kaplan has been an excellent fit not only the in the communication phase but follows through with an action plan. She is attentive, caring, informative and realistic which I totally welcome and respect. As I have stated before she is an excellent role model for the medical professionals here in Las Vegas because they are far and few between.
