fine as usual, very professional, One question why does the staff refer to him as Dr.?

Chris Berg has been my go-to dermatologist for several years. He is excellent, professional, and he has a pleasing personality. His assistants and front-office staff are efficient and pleasant.

Had a good experience at the Buffalo location, must be a nice side of town! Everybody was really nice and the place looked welcoming and clean. I arrived 30mins early and waited 5mins to to in. Had a mole checked out by Chris who even then took a biopsy on the same day, so I didnt have to trek back across town again. Great experience

Very helpful visit to this clinic. Lobby/waiting room clean and large, All staff I encountered were smiling and helpful. Not once did i feel ignored or not cared about. Diagnosis and treatment explained in detail, I believe the staff and Christopher Berg went out of their way to help me improve my condition. I absolutely recommend this clinic to any and all. I was a new patient and the those iPads were super cool because you want rushed to pay at the check out counter. Plus if gave you all the time you needed to feel things out and also to pay for my services. Dr. Chris was awesome and new his stiff for a PA. Normally I dont see P A when I go to dr. Dr. Berg was compassionate, very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Berg and Erika (not sure of spelling!) were friendly and attentive. Professional. Knowledgeable. Bethany was friendly during check-in and check-out. Everyone was able to answer questions that I had during my visit. The wait was quite long. Only issue I had while there was the wait.

I felt welcome and comfortable immediately, which is so nice for a first appointment.

This was the best visit to a skin doctor ever we need more doctors like Christopher Berg he let it be known to me no matter what background you have, what race you carry or even if you have an american status or not you will always be welcomed at his office that’s what i call the love of a patient.

Christopher Berg is great! He's very knowledgeable & always does a great job. However the office staff at the Buffalo location & the scheduling department are horrible. I've had multiple appointments with Berg and the scheduling department has messed up every time...they have literally scheduled me for a 10 minute appt. for a surgery(twice!). The red haired woman who works the front desk at the Buffalo location is awful. She rolled her eyes & made faces while I spoke and was very argumentative.

Good experience. It did take awhile to be called in, perhaps 20-25 minutes after my appointment time. After that, though, things moved along smoothly. Chris does a terrific job...he's a keeper for sure.

Dr. Berg answered questions and operated carefully and painlessly except for the tiny injection to numb the area where he cut. I had very little post-op discomfort, actually none worth mentioning. It takes quite a while to get appointments, probably due to demand for good medical care.

Is this an excellent establishment with a staff of people who obviously enjoy their work.

Professional and courteous. My annual check up was thorough and Dr Berg takes time to expalin.

This is a really nice office and everyone was very pleasant . Christopher Berg was very competent and although I went in for a blister thing on my face, not only did he "freeze" this but he actively sought out other lesions on my body and froze them as well. Very efficient and personable young man..

From setting the appointment to check out the staff were efficient, professional and pleasant. Dr. Berg's demeanor instantly put me at ease, He was informative and quickly resolved my reason for the visit.

Very professional, kind and thorough. PA Berg zapped a skin issue I've had for a few years right on the spot, no hem hawing around or referrals or dragging things out, also did my annual skin exam and patiently answered all my weird questions. I was in and out in 20 minutes and feeling happy. Thanks Dr. Berg!

Had an amazing visit with Mr Berg today. He was through, efficient and informative. I was blown away with my visit, first incredible facility, great staff, my appointment was at 9:10 he was in the exam room with me at 9:10. He took his time and asked all the right questions and treated the issues that I had. Can't say enough good about this man.
