Just was very calm cool and collected and helped me feel less nervous about my appointment. And helping me so I can remember the important information from the appointment that's easy to forget (like writing it down on a card when to come in, or suggesting to schedule you next appointment that day)

Kara was so wonderful. This was my first exam done since having my daughter. It's been two years. I was nervous and she made me feel incredible. Talked me through options, gave me confidence, listened to my concerns and planned next steps with me. I am so grateful.

Kara was so nice. Possibly the nicest provider I've ever had. She was personable, knowledgeable and patient. She saw me as a whole patient, not just someone there for a annual visit, she asked about things that weren't pertaining to the current visit and made me feel very welcomed and not a bother to her. I hope to be like her one day. She has a gift and I feel so lucky to have received care from her
