Very knowledgeable about my history, listened to concerns, suggested options and follow up. Addressed a concern I hadn't expected/made the appointment for. Pleasantly surprised, past providers dont seem to hear you and aren't as knowledgeable.

I came with a problem that was confusing to me- I wasn't sure which experiences were "symptoms" or not, so I had a hard time articulating my problem clearly. I felt like Dr. Froelich had patience for that and helped me look into it.

I was elated, the doctor took the time to really review my records and talk through all my symptoms. She knew fairly quickly what the problem might be and I felt heard. My previous doctor kept brushing off my issue and dismissing my questions so I was so appreciative of dr. Froelich who took the time to actually find a diagnosis so we could get to a solution. She explained everything well and answered all my questions. She's just amazing.
