We met Joanna when my son broke his neck. A difficult time for our family. My son was 17 and a senior in high school. He went undiagnosed for several weeks. Joanna and Dr. Chang were very positive and helpful in advocating a full recovery for my son. They were very accepting of our alternative medical plan for pain. We are very grateful for the expertise that they provided and also able to show compassion to our family.
