He is an affable fellow. However the authorization for my daughter's MRI, which Mr. Thibault assured us would take a day or two, didn't even leave the Rebound office for 6 calendar days after the appointment. Whatever the excuse is, an 8 year old girl is hobbling around on a gimpy knee 6 days longer than necessary and this review reflects it.

Justin is very kind and friendly. He listens to your concerns, and provide options on what can be done to help you. The entire staff is professional & friendly. Patients come in with varying degrees of problems and a smile along with a feeling that someone is trying to help you is very heartening. I highly recommend this provider.

I'm not good at admitting when I need help. I got to a point with my chronic shoulder pain that I knew it wasn't getting better and wouldn't go away on its own. A friend recommended Rebound...I got an appointment within a week and the customer service I received along the way has been great! Justin was able to answer all of my questions and help me feel confident in my decision to choose them as the group to help me get well.
