Dr. Jennifer Flynn, OD

Doctor Jennifer Flynn is great, the exam itself, always positive. Never feel rushed. Dr. Jennifer Flynn corrected my prescription by the slightest, correcting my vision previously diagnosed as "dry eyes" by another doctor. I've been going to Dr. Jennifer Flynn for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the encounters (today and prior visits) with a member of the front desk has me looking for another office. The level of stress, to tip toe around her without getting the combative reactions and tones, is too much. I have small kids lol, I have enough on my plate to tolerate. At least with my kids I can teach them mannerisms. Today was the last straw for me. I felt a level of threat I should, no one should feel at a doctor's office. This woman gives the same attitude and behavior with my small kids around. I am not a fan of the big name stores like Cohens - love the personable smaller offices I thought this place would be. 5 stars for Dr. Jennifer Flynn, 1 star for front desk.

Dr. Flynn is a very wonderful doctor and was enjoyable during my eye exam. However, when it comes to the ladies at the front desk, I was disgusted by the way they treated me when asking simple questions about my insurance plan. The incredible lack of respect and constant eye rolling made me simply leave in disbelief with many unanswered questions. I will make sure to talk to Dr. Flynn directly about this issue during my next visit. Otherwise my eye exam was a very positive and quick experience.

I had my first appointment with Dr Flynn yesterday and I found the office and staff very professional, kind and courteous. I felt she spent considerable time with me and I was not rushed. Nor was I pushed into buying glasses that I did not really need. A+ and will definitely return to this office.
