What a great doctor and staff .he is in the retina hall of Fame voted in by his peers .not rushed and saved my eyesight

Front desk lady does not care about patient time. Surprised that she is in charge of both checkin procedures with paperwork and nurse duties like putting in the eye drops. She only does the nurse job after she is done with her logistics even though she knows that patient needs to wait for another hour after the eye drops are used. She does not care to prioritize for patients time benefit. We waited 40 min for her to finish her paperwork before we got the eye drops. Now one hour in we just sit there and wait for the dilation process. She is of course done with her work also free now. Very frustrating for patients.
