Jeff and Dr. Alsina were very courteous and helpful from the time we met them in the hospital to the several follow up appointments needed. We have seen Jeff a few times in the office now. He is very kind and takes his time with my mom and the different family members that bring her to the office.

PA Jeff reviewed my xrays with me in the room and was helpful to coordinate additional xrays as well as MRI with my scheduling needs. I travel a lot and its always hard to follow up in town or where work sends me when I have health issues. Thank you.

Appointment with Jeff the PA started great. I thought it went down hill when he left me waiting in room for a while after he completed the exam. I was wrong. When he returned he explained he had been on the phone for a while setting up an appointment for a injection for me the next day. So I could get the injection less than 24 hours after seeing him. What help and service!

Explained my condition and how to help it better than any other person in all the months I have been hurting. I was worried about just trying injections again, but he picked the right spot to have the doctor inject. I wish I would have seen him when the pain first started.

Horrible bedside manners. I felt like I was annoying him with my questions. I’m an intelligent person and he made me feel very different. I have had to endure a lot of testing to figure out what’s going on and he did not seem to care.

Jeff was very very helpful and kind to me. He gave me personal attention, by taking the perfect amount of time that I needed with him. He is very thoughtful,and caring, I would say, one of the BEST!!!!I I was able to get in quickly to see him, and specially, when I needed him the most. I had no problem getting a quick appointment with him. The staff was just an excellent as well. They all were super nice and helpful. You can't go wrong here!!! IT'S A LIFE CHANGING DECISION!!!]
