I’ve known so many people that have had physical therapy but I have never heard anyone with an experience like I had with Ian Sikora. He is completely hands-on, even demonstrating most activities and exercises himself. He is knowledgeable and is such a great teacher. He explained why we were doing what we were doing And exactly how it would strengthen and help my issue. I just appreciated his complete knowledge of his craft. What a great professional!
