came in for lower back pain that had been going on for 7-8 years. After the first visit I felt fantastic. After roughly a month of treatment and strengthening exercises that they have given me, I have almost zero pain in my lower back. They make sure that you are getting the proper care and treatment to reduce your pain and give you the information on how to strengthen the area needed to keep the pain levels down. My mood has improved, as I did not realize how much the pain was impacting me.

The whole office is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Kalkstein explains what he is doing and why. I have had a lot of relief for my sore shoulder.

From the moment you walk through the door, you receive a warm welcome. Everyone is always professional, courteous, caring and they take the time to learn your name. The well-experienced doctors are knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure you leave feeling 10 times better than you did when you arrived. Personally I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This is the place to go if you are in pain! I never had to wait for my appointment, and the staff is top notch. Dr. Blake got me in and out with my back problem in time for 10 days climbing hills and ruins in Greece. If my back flares again, I will be back!!

Wonderful experience. Was never rushed yet never kept longer than needed. Barely ever had to wait even on very busy days. Front desk folks are very pleasant. Interns are always encouraging. Chiropractors also give wonderful advice on managing pain and living a preventative yet fulfilling lifestyle.

My hip had been painful for some time and did not have the range of motion that it once did. I met Dr. Blake at a Charm City Run event and after 10 minutes with him, my hip had improved. I needed a few more sessions with him to get me ready to run the Myrtle Beach Half Marathon in March. I ran pain free and had a great finish. I continue to go to the office for “tune ups”, as needed. I constantly refer my friends and co-workers Adolph & Kalkstein. They are highly skilled and have a great team in
