Her phone interviews are late and brief. She misdiagnosed my right shoulder, then admitted the wrong codes to the orthopedic surgeon (my foot is fine, my shoulder is the problem). More than a few times, I have had to circle back through “the process” in order to fix her flub. She seems like a nice person though!
