I am not one typically to complain or provide feedback based on general support or service I receive in any industry. However, after recently leaving my last provider and doctor for many different reasons, I feel compelled to share how positive my experiences have been from beginning to end with my recent appointments and follow up including a very intuitive and user friendly portal. Specifically, Sarah's preparation for the video call was impressive. She was clearly prepared and had sifted through my previous blood test results and medical history. It made me feel I was in good hands and was dealing with someone that cared. This was not something I had experienced with my last provider and doctor.
