My first with appointment at this Dermatology office was with Geri Rupt in September 2021. I needed a biopsy of a small area on my chest which Geri Rupt performed. I was laying perfectly still. While finishing the biopsy, she was chatting with the assistant, she started poking me repeatedly with the scalpel on my chin. I yelled at her to stop as she was obviously unaware if what she was doing, she looked at my chin and her reply was, "oh it just touched you", she continued talking, poked me 2 more times on my chin with the scalpel. Then she started dabbing my chin with a cotton gauze pad as it was now bleeding . She didn't even apologize for what she did. I was shocked at being treated this way and her lack of professional ability. I've canceled future appointments for me and my husband at this office.

So respectful. So helpful. Completely solved our issues in two visits.

Geraldine Rupp has been treating me for skin cancer for approximately a year and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to see a Doctor. She answers all my questions and really looks us over for any places that may be suspicious. Always upbeat and friendly, never seems rushed when she is with me. Pebbles and Laura in the Angola Office are friendly and very helpful when we are there also.
