The staff office got me in the very next appointment. They followed all protocols and procedures with an individual in my condition. I was asked to wait in my car because there are people with appointments for physical's and well check waiting in lobby. They called me and took me straight into a room. Anne came in and was as professional as you would want a health care provider. She listened and ran several tests with mine being positive for strep throat. She listened to my grief from the loss of my son in September. She showed such compassion and concern for my illness and the loss of my son. She covered everything and I left feeling heard. She treated my illness and set up a follow up appointment.She corrected a medication mistake from the hospital because I had the wrong antibiotic to address my illness. I left feeling confident and comfortable. I left believing I was now on track to get well all because of Anne's professional skills and knowledge with compassion and grace. Thank U.

Staff is not willing to call another hospital for results. When they did call and no one answered, that was it. It took 2 weeks and I emailed them multiple times. When they finally got my results, I was referred to a breast cancer oncology surgeon and not a general surgeon. For the cost of the appointment, I expect more confident staff to take care of my medical needs. I will not be going back to this office.
