Find another doctor!! Gail is impossible to reach- she usually never responds to messages. I have had to call her urgent phone to get my refills authorized- she is bothered , condescending and always in a rush.

Gail has left me without refills several times. When I go into inpatient psych because of this she doesn't communicate with others. As of Feb 16, 2016 she no longer accepts MassHealth, but she was a no call no show for my refill appointment on Feb 13. I have a very serious mental illness and she left me without any of my medications.

Gail gets 0 stars from me. Over the past few years several incedents which now has left my daughter without medications for my daughter whom has schizophrenia. She should be disbarred from practing for any insurance anywhere. Gail no called no showed for last appointment on Feb.13. Got a letter stating that she was no longer accepting her insurance as of Feb16. We had been with her since my daughter was 9 and now she is 18. This is what we get. My daughter is now inpatient
