We received no counseling. We are in review process with insurance through HIPAA. Fran was unable to manage the dynamic between my wife and I. She aligned with my wife until I objected that she was putting words in my mouth. Fran immediately switched and aligned with me with attention that made me uncomfortable in front of my wife. We walked out in Session 4 when my wife asked for help with Parental Alienation Syndrome and Fran laughed and said she didn't know what it was! Fran immediately changed the subject to accuse my wife of alcoholism! So we left. There had been no direction, scholarship, support, or safety in the 3.25 sessions we had with Fran Haggerty.

  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
