Does not return calls
My wife attempted to contact by phone 4 times over 3 weeks leaving a message on Ms Preston’s answering service. She has not returned any. At least she could do so to acknowledge. Very unprofessional

She really listened and helped me to understand myself and my daughter's needs better. She has a warm, down-to-earth demeanor.
