My one experience with this nurse was similar. She frequently interrupts and even gets angry at the patient, when the patient is just trying to explain what is going on. My concerns are great enough that I will have to seek out a Rheumatology practice downstate.

Elizabeth does NOT listen to her patients. She frequently interrupts and tries to put words in your mouth. Once while I was also recovering from bronchitis she said she could tell I wasn't feeling well because I wasn't arguing with her. Really I just didn't have the energy to clarify or try to make her listen so I just agreed with all of her descriptions of what I was supposedly feeling. She gave me this look of pity that felt false and condescending. She doesn't explain things well and frequently dismisses your concerns. Every appointment made me feel like she couldn't wait to get out if the room and it got even worse with telehealth. She almost NEVER actually examined me or looked at my joints. My last two appointments she ignored my complaints and told me my pain wasn't from inflammation or related to my condition even though my inflammation markers were high. Somehow the pain in my feet was supposed to be related to an increase in computer work!
