I couldn't help missing 3 different appointments...2 I missed because I forgot about but the third was their rescheduling mistake and I was dropped like a hot rock because of Gouverneur Hospitals stupid 3 misses and your out. I pleaded with the Dr. LaFrance's office to reconsider but they didn't care enough about me as their patient. Quite sad that they do that to their patients.
