Great provider - been seeing her for 15 years. She's the best.

I usually do not leave reviews; however, Dawn Palletta’s failure to care, research and diagnose my issue led to a year of suffering and financial loss. Her philosophy and background does not match her parient care. She treated me as delusional. Had she followed through, she could have diagnosed my skin ailment which was finally diagnosed by a physician assistant at Summit Urgent Care. She is rude and condescending. To treat my delusion, an opiod was prescribed. My suffering was not psychological

Went to Dawn twice. The first time I went she seemed very quiet and almost unsure of herself. I figured she had a bad day and decided to stick with her for my follow up two weeks later. Well, not only was she an hour behind, she rushed through my appointment and my condition wasn't even taken care of. When requested to return for another follow up for this problem, I decided to go to the other PA. So glad I did - she had a better bedside manner and actually prescribed the medications that worked

Be very careful with this office's billing. When I made the appt, they said they took my insurance, now i have a $500 bill. My insurance said they're not technically in-network. I had to go several times to this office & never once did they say they were out of network. Also, when I had to come back for a 2nd appt (which I took off work for), I waited over 45min bc the doctor was in a meeting, I finally left and had to come back yet again. Paletta was wonderful but the billing is very dishonest.
