I have made two visits to this office and have found the staff, Katie (PA), and Dr Slagel very professional and very happy with the treatment received on both visits.

The visits to his office are always stress free. Love the decor. I would highly recommend him.

I had been to several Dermatologists to diagnose my condition and none of them knew exactly how to approach with the right treatment .I finally got an appt with Dr Slagel and it took him less than 15 min to diagnose and discuss his plan of care . .I had suffered for years and now I know I’m finally on the right track to recovery because he truly listened to me .. Thanks to him and his sweet staff . Ashley was the best ! Michelle is hands down the best at what she does as well !!

Very kind, polite, and thorough

After being assured that my insurance was accepted because they were “grandfathered in”, I started getting bills… no longer Tier 1, and I really believe they knew it - also the pathologist they used for biopsy was not included under my insurance, but nice people since I had to get an original copy of the path report since Dr Slagel’s office put 2 different “sites” on the report they received and posted for my viewing pleasure on their app. I can tell you a new Dr would view a report with this kind of error VERY poorly.. and upper arm at the top of the report And Abdomen at the bottom is NOT a typo - it is a mistake

Don’t go! 15 mins late and they send you home even if you are always waiting 45+. Was 16 mins late and they wouldn’t see me at 3:30 and I was moving slower with a cast on my foot. No wait in lobby. NP Mallory then leaves and gets on the elevator with me, she was just running out the door and wasn’t backed up. Go somewhere else, have seen them be rude to others and customer service is lacking

The office is only concerned with what is best for them. They are rude, have a dictatorship mentality, and have terrible customer service. Even long standing customers they have no loyalty toward. Not worth a dime of your money.

HERE I AM, WAITING 1.5 HRS. FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN NP, JUST LIKE MY LADT VISIT!!!SO FRUSTRATING!!!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL PATIENT OVER 25 YEARS!!! THIS MAY CHANGE SOON!!!!

I just had surgery on my arm. I felt no pain throughout the process. I was comfortable and the doctor explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. His staff was awesome. I want to give a special thanks to the Physicians Assistant Alaina Burran for the time she took locating problem spots on my arm which had she not found them could have spelled trouble for me down the road. Hard to find a great doctor with an awesome staff to boot. Great Doctor and Great staff. Thank you
