Finest therapist I’ve worked with in over 50 hrs of insightful living. Has kindly helped me uncover what was there in the middle of the onion. Smart as a whip, empathetic in the most insightful way, and doesn’t seem to believe in half measures.

I did not find her sympathetic or warm, and her tendency to roll her eyes at things I said was very off-putting, to say the least. I'm not sure she's even aware she does it. Left feeling more uncertain and uncared for, like I was just a curiosity.

I met Dr Blunden many years ago, when I was at the lowest point of my life. It took time, but I fully credit Dr Blunden (or Dale, as I call her) with turning my life around, and teaching me how to keep it that way. She is knowledgeable and patient and kind, and you will feel heard. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Blunden - she is the best!

Dr. Blunden is professional, present, attentive, patient-focused, warm and caring. I can honestly say I've never had a better therapist (and I've had a few). She's helped me to improve my self-esteem, boundary-setting, and being my own person after a very abusive childhood. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who can very effectively walk the line between personable and professional.
