Our experiences with Cynthia were poor. Her communication skills are nonexistent, bedside manner and tact leave more to be desired, and we oftentimes leave with more unanswered questions than we arrived with. When scheduling appointments, we tried to ensure we would see our OB/GYN as to avoid seeing Cynthia, but WIH did not share that our doctor wasn’t available so we were blindsided. Be weary when making appointments at Women Integrated Health, especially if you prefer to see your doctor.

She has no tact and never cared if I was in pain when she inserted instruments. She made assumptions without clear evidence and has given me false information that nurses have had to correct for me after she left the room. She has left me bleeding with more cuts than Dr. Kendrick or any OB/GYN ever has due to her own ineptitude. If she cannot learn basic bedside manor, I worry for all future patients.
