You are not important here...

I had a sonogram for abdominal pain. I had gone to the ER and they said it was a cyst. It has been a month, more pain, and no response. They never called me to give me the results and they have yet to be loaded in the portal. Then when I called to ask about the results, Dr. Lopez's medical assistant was rude to me and told me Dr. Lopez was too busy to call me back. I have 3 messages for the office manager and have not received a call. My health is not a priority. I am super frustrated at the lack of communication.
