Crystal J Poff, NP

Crystal Poff is an excellent caregiver. She is super nice and is very thorough in her examinations. She asks good questions regarding your health and she listens to what you have to say. I am sooo sorry that she is leaving the practice but I wish her well in her new job. I will miss her sweet and bubbly personality. It has been my pleasure to have her for my caregiver. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good caregiver.

Crystal, as always, was thorough, compassionate, and empathetic. She's truly a professional with a heart for her patients.

Routine visit

Poor - our first visit, she brushed thru claiming we were late [3 min. but we waited much longer for her]. She seemed distracted, nervous, uninterested in our medical issues, and she rudely left us without finishing our appointment.

Very likely to recommend Crystal Poff to family and friends. I have already started telling them about how much I enjoyed my appointment with Crystal. Two are unhappy with their current care.

I usually have no problems with Crystal but this latest visit was disappointing because she did a referral and put a diagnosis of Fybro without a exam! Maybe it’s because I have Lupus or because I’m having unbelievable leg pain at night only that causes me to have to constantly move my legs for relief! When I stop moving my legs the pain comes back! This isn’t Fybro! Just when I thought I found someone who was listening this happens to me... I’m just so tired of being shuffled through the health care system especially when you travel two hours to see a provider only to have the wrong diagnosis put in your file??

Crystal will not return phone calls. I needed more insulin to get me thru untill the could do a preapproval for my insurance this has not be done. Now over a month. Going to move on to a doctor that cares for there patients.

My husband has been trying to get Crystal Poff to call him pharmacy , or insurance company for nearly a month now to get pre authorisation for his insulin . Office will not return calls to him , nor will they return calls to pharmacy.

i found ms. poff professional and direct. I was pleased with her exam.

Crystal is an excellent example of health advocacy. My doctor who was replaced by her was always running unnecessary tests and labs. Crystal makes sure my funds through insurance are spent wisely and not haphazardly. She keeps me honest about my overall picture of health, and makes sure that we both are doing our fair part in making me well. I never have an issue with her office, or with unnecessary long wait times. Highly recommend. Additionally, she has a great bedside manner.

It was great. She listened to my concerns n told me what I needed to hear. I would now like to know the results of my blood work.

I became a new patient in the summer of 2018, and from my first appointment, Crystal listened to my concerns with compassion, knowledge, support, and addressed them head on without hesitation. Menopause has it's challenges, but with Crystals help and monitoring, I'm losing weight, have stronger will power and understanding of were my body/system is at this stage in my life. Even off of medications I had concerns with on their side effects. Forever grateful and blessed!! :)

It is always uncomfortable for me to see someone for the first time but Crystal Poff was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was very thorough and I look forward to my next visit. I am pleased to have her as my primary and would recommend her to someone looking for a good nurse practitioner.

In went to see her for the first time for my annual physical. Prior to my visit I was experiencing serious pain in my upper keg with swelling and increase warmth. She told me to wear support stockings and that it would be fine. Three hours later I was in the emergency department with deep vein thrombosis ( blood clots) and pulmonary embolisms. I spent two days in the hospital and was told that if the clots would have broken loose I could have died. She missed the diagnosis completely.

Crystal Poff is a wonderful health care provider. She is very thorough in her examinations and takes the time to really listen to what you’re telling her. I would recommend her to anyone.

July 2018, I visited this provider because mine was on vacation. I can honestly say it was such a pleasure. The office staff was very kind and courteous. The provider was willing to listen and answered all my questions. The appointment ended with a hug. . Thank you!! Great Provider!
