Very caring and capable
Everyhing went very well. I came from New York City. He can easily compete with them. Also has modern equipment. Nice demeanor and explains in detail. Will go back there. Only one complaint. The Indianwoman in the frame shop is totally incompetent. Has bad teeth, drty hair and dirty finger nails. Also has an attitude. Should be replaced soonest.!!! I could not stay with her any longer and will get the glasses made elsewhere. Sorry!! All other staff are excellent and efficient

I went to Wal-Mart Vision Center to have a routine eye exam for new contacts. At the time, his office was very busy. It is a father and son business a d I had an appointment with the father. He and his administrative assistant were rushing though clients to get them in, take their money and to get them out. I informed him of the issue that I was having with my eyesight and he acted like he didn't care about what I had to say. He rushed me out of his office so that he could move on to the next client. Number one, I waited a month for my appointment because his son only works on Wednesdays and he only works on Fridays. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Scibal.
