Dr. Geeets has always taken her time with me and explained all aspects of my eye health for each visit. Both the good and bad.

The overall experience was through efficient and professional. I felt all of my issues were addressed and handled in a helpful and easy to understand manner. Dr. Geerts is not only very knowledgeable but has a pleasant and positive demeanor.

Those that ran tests before I saw the doctor were thorough and kind. I had been there over 2 hours before I saw Dr Geerts. My vision is affected by my health problems. I couldn’t see correctly so I couldn’t finish the eye exam. I couldn’t help her to understand that though I have very dry eyes I have had that problem for years and it wasn’t the cause of me not being able to see correctly when trying to chose the correct lense to correct my vision. They didn’t complete the test. She set up an appointment to see a dry eye specialist and I agreed to that appointment though I’ve had dry eyes for years and I know that’s not what was causing my inability to read the the letters after correction lenses were used. The issue is new and very strange but she needs to listen to me explain what I was seeing otherwise there will be no solution.

She is so thorough and shows expertise with all the testing she did!! I am very impressed with her
