Connie saw our loved one for a year. I have no doubt that Connie had the best interest in her heart for our loved one. However, mental health issues, especially adolescent, involve heavily in the entire family. Connie tried to conduct family meeting. However, her accusations against the parents were based upon her biased knowledge entirely from our loved one who is mentally ill. The way she delivered her opinion were traumatic to parents who loves their child and left a family further divided. She was inappropriate when she compared our relationship with our loved one as rapists and victim. She also suggested to our loved one a diagnosis that she is not qualified to give and in fact later on admitted by herself that she had no knowledge of treating such a disorder. And this has sent our loved one to investigate on the internet and went further away from getting well.

Connie treated our son for five years. Over the five years she did not listen to our complaints and enabled our son causing his behavior issues to worsen. She also talked negatively about us (the parents) to the school and pediatrician therefore making it very difficult for us to find the appropriate treatment. His behaviors are worse now and we cannot get any help.
